As the leaders of our Diocese, I invite you to look again at the 2024 Diocesan Budget (Numbers and Narrative). In light of our current budget, what hopes or concerns do you have for 2025? Right now, the assumption is an assessment rate of 16.5% (steady from 2024) and an endowment draw of 4% (down from 4.5% in 2024.

Considering the vision and goals of the Diocese ,and our commitment to racial reconciliation, environmental justice and ministry of all the baptized (see WCM and Deacons), does the budget reflect our priorities? If so how and if not, why not? Are there important missing elements?
